THE FOUNDER

A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER -  ADAM TAMERJI

With a deep passion for helping people achieve their goals and a strong commitment to educating individuals about their health conditions, I founded ACH care to make a positive impact on the lives of those who are less advantaged. My journey in the field of exercise physiology is driven by the desire to empower people, enhance their well-being, and make their fitness journey an enjoyable and fulfilling experience.

I hold a Certificate IV in Disability, which has provided me with valuable insights into the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. This qualification has equipped me with the skills to offer tailored support and create inclusive programs that cater to each client's specific needs.

As an accredited exercise physiologist, I am dedicated to providing evidence-based, personalised exercise programs that promote health, improve mobility, and enhance the overall quality of life. My advanced knowledge in this field allows me to design and implement effective interventions for a wide range of conditions, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care.

In addition to my qualifications in exercise physiology, I have also earned an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management. This has honed my ability to lead and inspire both my clients and my team. I believe that strong leadership and effective management are crucial in creating a supportive and motivating environment for everyone involved.

My passion for sports is a significant part of my life, and I am enthusiastic about sharing this passion with my clients. Whether it's through 1 on 1 sessions, group sessions, or sports-specific training, I strive to instill a love for physical activity in those I work with. I believe that engaging in sports and exercise should be a fun and enjoyable experience, and I aim to make every session something my clients look forward to.

The driving force behind ACH care is the belief that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, deserves the opportunity to achieve their health and fitness goals. I am committed to breaking down barriers and providing the support, education, and motivation needed to help my clients succeed. By bringing our services directly to your preferred location, we ensure that convenience and accessibility are at the forefront of our approach.
